# Right of Withdrawal

## 1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cengizhan Hakan, Leipziger Str 47, 10117 Berlin, phone: +49 1520 8341657, email: admin@investbud.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.investbud.de/en/withdraw (“Withdraw from contract” at the bottom of every page). If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, with information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

## 2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

## 3. When the Right of Withdrawal Expires

The following applies to our two paid offers:

- Premium subscription: your right of withdrawal lasts 14 days, even if you already use Premium during that time. If you requested at checkout that we start before the withdrawal period ends, you only pay the share for the service provided up to your withdrawal. You pay nothing for the days of the free trial.
- Single analysis: your right of withdrawal expires once we begin providing it, after you expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends, confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed the contract to you on a durable medium such as an email (Section 356(5) BGB).
