Your statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to §§ 312g, 355 BGB (German Civil Code)

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
  • To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

  • We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  • You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
  • The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.

3. Special Notice Regarding Digital Content

If you requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the full coverage of the services provided for in the contract.

  • The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content if the trader has begun the execution of the contract after the consumer has expressly consented.
  • By subscribing, you expressly agree that we begin the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
